Alcohol Reduction Coach

These policies apply to all CPD-accredited activities delivered by Alcohol Reduction Coach.
Appeals
If a learner wishes to appeal an assessment or certification outcome, they must submit the appeal in writing within 14 days of the decision.
Appeals are reviewed within 10 working days by a person not involved in the original assessment. The outcome of the review is final.
Complaints
Complaints may be submitted in writing via the primary contact email listed on this website.
Complaints are acknowledged within 3 working days and a response provided within 10 working days wherever possible.
Course content review
Course content is reviewed at least annually to ensure alignment with current behavioural science and professional standards.
Updates may be made sooner where research, legislation or structured feedback indicate change is necessary.
Data protection
Learner data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR. Full details of data handling, retention and third-party processors are set out in the Legal page.

Malpractice
Plagiarism, falsification of learning evidence or misrepresentation of identity may result in withdrawal of certification.
Learners will be given the opportunity to respond before any decision is made.

Safeguarding
Services are delivered to adults in a digital format. Any disclosure raising concerns for safety or wellbeing will be handled responsibly.
Evaluation
Learner feedback is collected and reviewed regularly to inform quality improvement.
Responsible marketing
Marketing communications are factual and transparent. No misleading claims or exaggerated outcomes are used.
